Refund/Return Policy

we understand that sometimes products might not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a smooth returns process for you. Here's everything you need to know about our hassle-free returns:


Intimate on return as soon you receive the parcel ie within 3 days via email at with your order no.

-Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.

To be eligible for a exchange:

  • Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging (Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked). 
  •  Reverse shipping would cost INR 150 per product. We'll take care of the pick up from your address. Please note we are only charging what our logistics partner charge us as shipping rates. We are not charging anything additional for the same.
    Incase you don't want to pay the shipping charges, kindly ship the product back to us and share the receipt with us over email.

  • No refund possible for COD only Credit note will be given in your store wallet as a discount coupon (deducting both side courier charges) once we have received the return item back (within 7 - 10 days after pick-up) and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. Refund will be given to Only Prepaid Customers  (deducting both side courier charges). Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and will be reflected in your mode of payment within 3-5 business days. 

We arrange a pickup at the suggested address you wish to return your product. Kindly note that clearance items are not eligible for returns and are final sale.


Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Self-Shipping for Returns

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you'll need to courier the product(s) to our warehouse address. In that case there will be no deduction of reverse pickup charges. You will get the full product amount as store credit. 

When a customer deny accepting a parcel sent as cash on delivery COD. We blacklist those customers who don't value the shipment. In next order he/she has to bear last purchase shipping loss of minimum Rs 300
